GreenLight recommends that your initial placement include a minimum of 5 accounts with a balance of $2,500.00 due on each account. 

We understand you maybe hesitant about using a collections company for the first time.  By placing 5 accounts we get the chance to show you what we can do. 

It does depends upon the account type. Typically, all we need is a copy of your signed contract with your customer, the final invoice and the passed permit & inspection report. 

Not to worry, we walk you through the process when you place an account on our website. 

GreenLight is only paid upon successful collections. When payment is made on an account GreenLight applies the payment to the balance due.   

Any monies collected and applied to the principal and interest amount are split be you and GreenLight based upon the applicable contingency percentage. 

In the event, GreenLight or our attorney group charges fees or costs and those charges are collected GreenLight or the attorney group would receive full benefit of those fees and costs.  

Yes, 99% of the time you can pull an account at no cost to you.  The only time fees are owed is if the account was forwarded to the Attorney for legal action. 

Don’t worry, because you call the shots. All legal forwarding is signed off by you prior to attorney involvement. 

Yes, and we cover court costs for your legal accounts!

Remember that GreenLight is not a law firm, instead we have a network of attorney groups that are included in our contingency percentage.
